Transfers outside of the UK & EEA
We use the current Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission (SCCs) together with the International Data Transfer Addendum to the SCCs adopted by the Information Commissioner's Office (Addendum) as the legal mechanisms to transfer Personal Information from the UK to the US.
We will only transfer Personal Information outside of the UK or EEA where it is compliant with data protection legislation and the means of transfer provides adequate safeguards in relation to your Personal Information, for example, by way of data transfer agreement incorporating the SCCs and Addendum.
